// Chapter 01 — Origin

Built from the Ground Up

Glenn Norris Jr. is a Dallas-based technologist, community leader, and fraternal man whose story runs from laser optics labs in Hayward, California to the boardrooms of the National Pan-Hellenic Council of Dallas. He doesn't fit neatly into one lane — and that's exactly the point.

A Computer Engineering graduate of Cal State East Bay, Glenn cut his teeth in research at Columbia University's Nevis Laboratories before moving through startup co-founding, enterprise program engineering, and ultimately earning a promotion to Technical Project Manager at Tyler Technologies — one of the nation's leading public sector software firms.

In the community, he presides over the National Pan-Hellenic Council of Dallas (NPHC Dallas), serves as an officer in Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., holds lodge office in Prince Hall Freemasonry, and remains active in the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows. He builds. He serves. He shows up.

// Chapter 07 — Community Web Services

Your Business Deserves to Be Online

Every barber shop, beauty supply, soul food spot, and family-owned business in our community deserves a seat at the digital table. Glenn Norris Jr. believes that representation online is not a luxury — it's a necessity. And for too long, the technical barrier has kept small businesses, elders, and community institutions invisible on the internet while the world moved on without them.

With nearly a decade of hands-on technology experience — from software engineering to enterprise project management to research at Columbia University — Glenn brings real technical depth to people who just need someone they can trust. No corporate runaround. No confusing jargon. Just straightforward help from someone who comes from the same community and genuinely wants to see it win.

Whether you're a mom-and-pop shop that's never had a website, a church ready to reach more members, an elder who needs a simple online presence, or a small business tired of losing customers to Google — reach out. Glenn has a long history of showing up for the community, and this is no different.
